Confidence/Anxiety Profile. Our team will coach you through a risk profile self-assessment and recommend solutions that provide the best combination of thoroughness, timeliness, and investment for each class of employee.

2. Zero Backlog

The Zero Backlog process ensures that all searches returned to us by 4:00 p.m. EST, will be reviewed and added to the report before we leave for the evening. Your business' future human capital shouldn't wait for 'tomorrow.'


3. Accuracy Commitment

We believe that we have a responsibility not only to our clients but to their candidates to be certain that our reports are accurate. All reports containing potentially adverse matters are reviewed by senior management prior to being delivered to you.

4. Feedback Loop

As a partner in your hiring process, we’ll periodically check in with you for feedback. We’ll review your C/AP to be sure our solutions continue working for you. Your feedback is crucial to our success, so please never hold back! We strive for your complete satisfaction.
